• Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days
• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days depending on destination
• All orders are shipped directly from our overseas fulfilment partners.
• Once an order has been submitted and entered into fulfilment processing, it cannot be modified.

• Evelyn & Mark is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once the carrier tracking shows a successful delivery scan to the address provided at checkout.
