Return Policy

At Evelyn & Mark, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns can only be requested after the order has been physically delivered to you.
  • Return shipping costs—including international postage, duties, and customs fees—are the full responsibility of the customer.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and brand packaging intact.
  • Trying on items for fit is allowed; wearing items beyond trying them on is not permitted.
  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.

How to Start a Return

  1. Request your return via info@evelynmark-vancouver.ca within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Our support team will send you the return address for our overseas fulfilment partner.
  3. Ship the item back at your own expense. A tracked shipping method is highly recommended.
  4. Once received, our team will inspect the returned item and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

We strongly advise using a tracked postal service to avoid lost packages.

Refunds

  • After your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take up to 30 days from the moment the returned goods are confirmed delivered to our fulfilment partner.

Liability & Exceptions

  • Evelyn & Mark is not responsible for lost return shipments if the carrier tracking shows delivery to the provided return address.
  • Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.
  • Address corrections must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
