Return Policy
At Evelyn & Mark, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns can only be requested after the order has been physically delivered to you.
- Return shipping costs—including international postage, duties, and customs fees—are the full responsibility of the customer.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and brand packaging intact.
- Trying on items for fit is allowed; wearing items beyond trying them on is not permitted.
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed.
How to Start a Return
- Request your return via info@evelynmark-vancouver.ca within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Our support team will send you the return address for our overseas fulfilment partner.
- Ship the item back at your own expense. A tracked shipping method is highly recommended.
- Once received, our team will inspect the returned item and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
We strongly advise using a tracked postal service to avoid lost packages.
Refunds
- After your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take up to 30 days from the moment the returned goods are confirmed delivered to our fulfilment partner.
Liability & Exceptions
- Evelyn & Mark is not responsible for lost return shipments if the carrier tracking shows delivery to the provided return address.
- Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.
- Address corrections must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
